Terms of Service

HumanRaj Technologies ("HumanRaj", "we", "us") operates the platform at humanraj.com, comprising ten integrated tools: Inbox, Chat, Drive, Social, Professional, Channel, Marketplace, Blog, AI Assistant, and Controls (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

Users must be 13 years of age or older to create an account and use HumanRaj. If you are located in a jurisdiction with a higher minimum digital consent age (e.g., 16 in some EEA countries), you must meet that higher age requirement. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete their data immediately.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or policies.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access at security@humanraj.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You own your content. Everything you create on HumanRaj — emails, posts, videos, blogs, listings, files — remains yours. You grant HumanRaj a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence solely to host, store, display, and deliver your content to you and the people you choose to share it with, as part of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train third-party AI models or sell it to advertisers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
• Post or distribute hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that incites violence.
• Spam, send unsolicited commercial messages, or conduct phishing campaigns.
• Scrape, index, or data-mine the platform without written permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage systems or data.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer any security or access control feature.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Content uploaded to Social, Professional, Blog, and Channel is subject to automated moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to report illegal content to relevant authorities.

The HumanRaj Inbox feature provides you with a @humanraj.com email address. You are responsible for all content sent from and received at your HumanRaj email address. We implement spam filtering and do not read your emails except when technically necessary to deliver and protect the service, or as required by law.

The AI Assistant is powered by third-party large language models (Cloudflare AI / Meta LLaMA). Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI-generated responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. HumanRaj is not liable for actions taken based on AI output.

Marketplace listings are transactions between buyers and sellers. HumanRaj facilitates discovery only and is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods or services, or the fulfilment of orders. Consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply to all transactions.

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from Controls → Subscription. Refunds are governed by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Controls → Account → Delete my account. Your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten.

You can download a copy of all your data before deletion via Controls → Download my data.

The HumanRaj name, logo, platform design, and software are the intellectual property of HumanRaj Technologies. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrights without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanRaj disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanRaj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (b) ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumanRaj Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, India — to be specified before public launch].

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or other jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
